These terms and conditions are just for made to measure garment only.
After individual free design consultation, we will produce an illustration and send it to you by post or e-mail with the contract sheet.
If you are happy with your order, please sign a copy of the contract and pay 50% of the total cost of the ordered clothes as a deposit at the next meeting or by post (except cash).
We can accept CASH, CHEQUE or PAYPAL only. This is not refundable. When you collect the finished clothes, please pay the balance. If you have any questions, please contact us.
The garments which are all made to measure cannot be returned or refunded. After the customer collects the garment any small alterations (e.g. change the size), will be fixed without any extra charge within 30 days. If you would like to change the design, we might charge you an additional fee.
All customer’s personal information is kept on file for our reference only.
We do not pass on to third parties.
