These terms and conditions are just for made to measure garment only.
Payment
During the individual free design meeting, I will draw up an illustration of the garment you are requesting.
Once you are satisfied, you will be asked to sign a contract. You must pay 50% of the total price of the clothes you order as a deposit within the date specified by me.
Payment can only be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer. This is non-refundable for any reason.
Please pay the balance when you receive your finished garment. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Return
All items are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded.
Minor alterations (e.g. size changes) for the customer’s convenience can be made within 30 days at no extra charge.
For wedding dresses, I will make alterations up to two weeks before the wedding date, free of charge.
If you wish to change the design, an additional fee may be charged.
Personal Information
All customer’s personal information is kept on file for our reference only.
I do not pass on to third parties.
