Fabrics and Their Qualities
The bespoke wedding dress was lovingly crafted from the finest silk dupion (100% silk) and silk habotai (100% silk), both chosen in a soft ivory shade that radiates elegance. Silk dupion, with its subtle crisp texture and natural lustre, provides the dress with refined structure, allowing the silhouette to hold its graceful form whilst still moving fluidly with every step. In contrast, silk habotai is feather light, smooth to the touch, and exceptionally soft against the skin, ensuring absolute comfort throughout the day. Together, these two fabrics strike a perfect balance between sculptural presence and delicate fluidity.

The Beauty of the Design
The dress design features a chic straight neckline with wide straps that frame the shoulders beautifully, offering a timeless simplicity that feels both modern and romantic. The skirt is composed in two tiers, shorter at the front to reveal a playful glimpse of movement and longer at the back, cascading in a gentle sweep that elongates the figure and creates an elegant train like effect. At the waist, delicate gathering enhances the silhouette, adding volume and a feminine softness that makes the dress feel light yet rich in detail. The fabric’s natural sheen catches the light with each movement, bestowing an ethereal glow.

To complement the gown, the top was created from diaphanous silk organza (100% silk), a fabric admired for its airy transparency and crisp yet smooth hand feel. Organza’s sheer, cloud like quality allows light to pass through, creating layers of depth and subtle shadow over the dress beneath. The waist length cut feels refined and balanced, whilst the short sleeves lend a gentle touch of modesty without concealing the playfulness of the overall look. The open back, tied with an elegant long ribbon, serves as a focal point of understated drama, softly structured yet fluid in movement, whispering with every step.
